Provide a safe and inclusive space to learn new skills and partake in special operations activities on VATSIM.

  • Inclusivity: As an organization founded by members of queer community, Rainier Guard believes that it is imperative that we provide a safe and welcoming environment for all.
  • Enjoyment: While the operations we simulate tend to lean on the more serious side of life, it is important that we keep enjoyment at the forefront of everything we do. Not just for our members but for the other members of the VATSIM network that we interact with on a daily basis.
  • Realism: Keeping our operations realistic is paramount and we strive to provide our members with the tools and training they need to conduct our mission in a realistic manor.
